I have been a Country Delight customer for the last 8 years. I have seen it grow from the inception stage till the current level. But unfortunately in their race to grow their services have deteriorated drastically. For the last three days they have been cancelling the delivery without any reasons. In spite of contacting customer care there has been no explanation coming from their end. No one from the management has contacted in spite of assurances from customer care. Inspite of being a loyal customer for the last so Many years they don't have any regards for that. Seriously thinking of discontinuing association with them.
Today I placed an order on their 14 minutes delivery option and to my surprise it was delivered. It's really shocking that they have been cancelling my morning subscription order placed as a VIP member but have delivered the items that I ordered in their 14 minutes delivery option which incidentally are priced higher than the VIP membership. It's a clear cut case of unethical practice wherein, you are cancelling the VIP membership discounted orders and delivering more priced items on your 14 minutes delivery option. Since I'm stuck with my money and there being no provision of refund, I have no option but to place orders on their more expensive 14 minute delivery option to recover wallet balance, however, i have to forego the VIP membership amount ( which incidentally was automatically renewed two days back). So please be careful, don't fall for short term benefits. I have been their loyal customer for the last 8 years and I have seen their transition from a very good service provider
