TRMR9475302 I have number of complaint at customer care but neither delivering items nor returning my 1700 Rs
I had a very bad experience with Country Delight and would not recommend it to anyone.
Milk Quality: The milk did not seem pure or fresh. It lacked the natural taste you expect from farm-fresh milk. I seriously doubt its purity.
Delivery Service: Their delivery is highly unreliable. Sometimes it's delayed, and other times they miss it without any notice.
Product Quality: Not just the milk, even their other products like curd and paneer are of poor quality.
Trust Issues: The whole “farm-to-home” promise appears to be more of a marketing gimmick than a reality.
Important Suggestion: I strongly believe their milk and products should undergo proper lab testing to check the real quality and purity.
Conclusion: Please avoid Country Delight if you truly care about your family’s health. The name says “Delight, ” but the experience is nothing close to it.
