I got a call after a year of purchase of my brand new Hyundai car from Bangalore Advaith Hyundai The caller said I have a free holiday voucher to collect and once I reached to Marriott Hotel at Hebbal they started the below First of all they force us to buy their membership, they will not even give time to think They sell the membership by showing all luxury hotels In reality what they offer after buying the membership is all outdated old hotels (low class properties) The review videos posted by the customers on their social media pages are forced to give the review after their free trial voucher I didn’t see any customer visited any hotel that they showed the members while taking membership The email response to book a hotel is minimum 3 days The executive who sells the membership never answers the call or chat The executive will tell you they will be reachable throughout their membership but this is false (They switch off their phones after selling the membership) To clarify one doubt on email they take 3 days Please don’t fall for this scam
However there is a person called Mahendra the country head he reached out to me after several emails to them and promised me for refund full amount as I didn’t use any of their package except the free voucher
Later he said he will refund the amount within a month and after a month he said it’s gonna be 3 months Little did he know about me and he started to fool around
The next step from me was taking 2 police officers with me after a complaint lodged in the white field police station and directly walking up to their office located in The Park Mall Whitefield There office is at 3rd floor which was closed So we went to the mall office in the basement to enquire about this fraudulent company and the mall staff told us that there is one lady who comes sometimes her name is Tanmay fortunately she didn’t come that day So the police officers tried calling Mahendra many a times which he didn’t answer that day but later I received a call from Vamiq Ali who is from finance dept and i told him if the refund is not happening then we will be reaching Delhi straight to their office located
Again me and the police officers tried to reach Mahendra by mistake he answered my call and then I started abusing him as the date was crossed and no refund was received Then I received a refund of 86k out of 1, 04, 000/- the balance amount he said he will not pay because I used the free voucher and that was the compensation
Höwever this is not over yet I will fight back until I receive my full refund My next target is to reach the location of their event in Bangalore and get the refund of my Balance amount and I know how to get that information about their location of the next event
Mahendra also forced me to delete the reviews before refund so I had to delete it and not posting it again
Also don’t follow google maps for their office location because these guys update wrong location everytime to distract the customer The actual address is 3rd floor Whitefield (Pattandur Agrahara Metro Station) The park Mall, the mall is exactly next to metro station
