Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a hotel under trip ID 15041219320. While booking through Cleartrip App, the booking was showing refundable. When the confirmation mail came, it was written that booking is non refundable. As a customer I am misguided by the cleartrip App and this is cheating with customer.
I want to cancel it and get REFUND. But customer care is so indecisive. Please never book through CLEARTRIP. They are cheaters.
