I booked my air ticket last month, I have to travel to Delhi from Bangalore the day before I travel I received an email your trip been cancelled with the reason in unknown I called to customer care no one is responding for my call after a many calls they pick the call saying due to technical reason your ticket been cancelled sir Please rebook the ticket we will refund the amount. This is very bad at the day of travelling ticket cancelled to whom I ask and refund I got only 20% amount from booking cost even technical issue my ticket cancelled from cleartrip but still they charged amount its cheating website. The service and support is very poor and the technical security in website is very bad.
