Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My credit card has been misused by Cleartrip.com through a phone call and my credit card got charged without my consent and authorization. I have raised dispute against that transaction and waiting for bank to respond. But I am still not clear, if the transaction is not yet processed and bank doesn’t know the merchant name also now, why can’t they stop clearing the transaction immediately instead of investigating and then coming back to me? Also I have my credit card password protected for online transactions and am not sure how my credit card got charged without my consent.
Since I am using Cleartrip for booking my flight tickets, I got cheated by them through phone call and they charged a big amount in my credit card without my consent. I was misguided and mislead to disclose my credit card details. If clear trip is not going to reverse this transaction, then I am going to take it to RBI and to TV and Newspaper media and I am going to damage their name.
