Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Cleartrip refund process is extremely long and pain staking.
They said they would process refund of a failed booking in 7-14 days, but its been over 20 days and I haven't received any refund. I have written innumerable mails and see no reply from them. They finally replied on twitter saying they would refund within 24 hours, but its been 3 days since that happened too.
Firstly it was their site's fault that did not allow a successful booking to go through, and to top that they have taken forever to process money they ow me.
I would not recommend people use this site for bookings, with multiple options available now in yatra, makemytrip, ezeego etc.
