While I was booking flight to Abudhabi To Colombo my card was not supporting to the payment then the same time I got call from mumbai person name call Sri kanth and was asking me that if he can help with payment.
Then the payment done and mentioned that it is been booked however when check the ticket I came to know he booked from Dubai to Colombo, as long as their mistake I requited them to make it correct, there was no any solution he kept saying that they cant change.
I believe I was not address to senior management where they can find solution end of the I will have fly all the way from dubai. this was my first time to book the flight from them never again they never give any solution they don't care the customer as long as they got the money don't believe there website this was first and last never again
