When I was decided in February to go to Nainital, so I booked direct bus from Anand vihar Delhi To Nainital. I booked from Paytm for check in Date was 19/2/16 . and booked 2 seats in City Heart Travels . when I was waiting at Anand Vihar, delhi for bus then at 11:00 PM around Bus come . I booked my 2 seats in 2X2 Seater, Non AC, Non Sleeper .
so at that time I was surprised that they told me to sit in that Volvo Fully AC semi sleeper Bus which is very good in condition, bus number was 8243 . so I enjoyed my full journey very comfortable in that Bus. and also the staff was very good they give the complete support and take care of all of his passenger.
and bus start his journey ate around 12:00 AM and reach nainital exactly at 8:00 AM. on the way they never stops the bus more than 2 minutes. and Driver is also running at good speed .
so in future I will prefer the City Heart Travel for mu convenient journey
