Hello everyone, 5 days back I tried to pay my Vodafone postpaid bill online through Vodafone website and paid money through citrus pay wallet . My transaction through citrus pay is unsuccessful but money is deducted from my wallet and my money is not refunded till now . I called customer care service several times and they are saying to wait for 1 to 2 days for refund of money whenever I called them but this is not helping me in any sense. Over-all I suffered a total loss of Rs 350 from my citrus wallet and I even didn't get any refund for that till now, this is a worst company for online transaction and pay . I was very disappointing by there service and support that they are useless.
