I heard a lot about citi bank that it is one of best bank of world.
So I decided to open account in this bank I go to my home branch and ask for opening an account and I complete all my formalities after that they say that you have to keep 1000 rs everytime in your account so I give it to me but when I asked for atm card they say it took time you should collect it after 6-7 days , but when I go there it is not still come so I again asked they say there may be some problem so we'll message you if it comes.
Finally I got it after 2 months but after 3 month 115 rs has been deducted from my account and when I asked them about that they say it is service charges for atm but I say I got my atm in 2 months so I use it only for one month they say sorry we do not help you.i was very angry so decided to close my account.
