Dropped a Chq.at GR Tech Park on Thu, 18th feb and till today(23rd) it hasn't reached the branch - imagine the wow services! I was worried so called their Cust. Care and they need 3 business days to respond - fantastic!


Call up the branch number they don't respond. Who is responsible here? What if something goes wrong? I totally regret opening Citibank Account.
