Bought a HTC Desire phone last month, it has been a great experience, I had a HTC touch flow earlier was not very happy with the phones performances, the phone lasted me 3 long years and its still in a working condition, just that its a bit slow.HTC Desire has Exceeds my Expectations, really happy with its performance.
1Ghz processor speed is amazing experience. I had dropped my phone couple of times, I would say its quite a sturdy phone, it has a metal protection which absorbs the impact. Few things to be aware of before any one who is going to buy this phone.
Battery life is average last for a day only, again its to do with the number of application which is running in the background.Invest on a Scratch Guard for the screen, its really sad that these phones does not come with any phone care accessories.
Invest on a good Mobile pouch / case to prevent from any scratches to its body.
