If only I can give negative rating, I would gladly do so. Most unprofessional service. They offered to pick my goods at 10 AM from Chengalpattu. I travelled from my home at Siruseri to my other home at Chengalpattu(40 kms) and called them. They said the driver would come around 2 PM. First disappointment. Then I asked for the driver's number. They never responded properly. Finally after multiple calls they gave a number at 3 PM. When I called the driver he said, he is not the designated driver. Finally at around 6 PM I cancelled the order and I drove another 40 kms back with a day wasted. Kind advice - never go with them.
