Regarding fraud complaint being made by Care Insu?. Review on Care Health Insurance

My name is Sudhir Nainawati, I am a resident of Udaipur Rajasthan and I had taken health top up plan for health insurance of myself and my family from Care Insurance / Religare Insurance on 26 August 2020 whose policy number is 1804 1447.

But I would like to tell that I had given the information of my pre-existing diseases asthma and pancreatitis disease to the representative of Care Insurance at the time of taking the policy but Care Insurance / Religare Insurance did not mention the above pre-existing disease in my policy on which my Despite repeated reminders to the company, there was no hearing from the company, after which after seven eight months I received a mail from the care insurance company which state including of asthma disease as a pre-existing disease and to excluding pancreatitis disease from the policy and on which I was insisted to give consent to the care insurance company regarding above. On which I said to the company that now that it has been seven-eight months since the policy was taken, how can the consent be sought by the company to exclude the disease? This is outright fraud. But again and again I am being insisted by the company to give my consent to exclude the above pancreatitis disease.

Now that it is time for renewal in my second year, still the company is constantly asking me to give consent on this. Thus I am constantly being misled and mentally harassed by the Care Insurance Company. In this way I am feeling cheated and in this way I am confused by the care insurance company asking for consent from me again and again whether I should get renewed in this company or not? Will the company give me a claim if needed or will it continue to procrastinate like this? In this regard, I also mailed the company but the company is firm on its own words, they are constantly pressuring me to give my consent on this.

Kindly take the strictest action against Care Insurance Company and their license of insurance should be cancelled so that many innocent people like me do not fall in the trap of Care Insurance Company.
