I have took package at Manali in June 2023.they explained well about the package and made us book the package. I paid 1 lac through credit card and rest amount in subsequent months through online.till I haven't paid them, they use to call regularly and talk nicely but once I had made payment they are not responding .when I tried to mail them, message is not being delivered to them saying email I'd is not valid.even also asked them to give receipt of the payment I have done but there was no action from them.i don't know what to do now.i made every payments trusting them but all went in air..so I need to know if any one can help me how to take action against this fraud..please help..
