I had booked cab-bazar for trip from Mangalore to Thrissur. Gave an advance of 2K. The day before we had called them multiple times(from mrng 9) to get confirmation about our trip and for drivers contact details. Everytime they told we will update with details. At night 9 when we called again they told that they're increasing pay. Even then we had no choice to agree with the sudden increase in cost bcoz it was already so late, so we agreed for that. Even then till night 10.45 pm they didn't confirm the trip. When we told that if they're not agreeing for trip we have to confirm some other way of transport. They told us to arrange another way of transport and they will refund if they didn't get any driver by next 10 min. We waited till 11 then confirmed an alternate arrangement and these ppl had booked another cab by 11.30pm and send us an SMS abt the details . We told we got another transport as we've informed, even then they're not willing to give refund.
