I had a terrible experience with Cab Bazar. I booked a cab from Pondicherry and was assigned a driver. But once I reached Pondicherry, the driver's phone was switched off. When I called the Cab Bazar executive, they arranged another cab—but with ₹1000 extra charges and extremely rude behavior.
It didn’t end there. The new driver demanded even more money and insisted on offline payment. We had no option but to go with it. Shockingly, after assigning the new driver, the original driver called me saying the trip was canceled without his knowledge.
This clearly shows how they manipulate customers—showing a low price initially and then creating confusion to extract more money later. Please be careful and avoid Cab Bazar at all costs.
