The website appears good and appears well thought about. They however lack good customer service and are riddled with organizing and shipping delays. The management is just not bothered once the funds are with them and act high handed in-spite of highlighting them the issue.
I shopped for 2 products and both of them were delayed. The first product was delivered 8 days late and second has not been delivered in-spite of 2+ weeks of payment. The company lacks the ability to source and dispatch the product in an organized manner and utter confusion is demonstrated all along leaving the customer unsatisfied and cheated.
My interactions of this shop leaves me very unsatisfied as many others have and I will never shop with them. Just don't be carried away by the attractive prices they offer as once you pay nothing else is in your hand and like many fly by the night operators this shop just ignores you after payment.
