BSNL has become very cheater company now a days.
Once I received a call from their number. I received the call. I was asked to select language just after receiving the cal. I selected language then call was disconnected. Soon after this I received a message:"Thank you for joining this service.Rs 60 has been charged for this service. It will automatically renewed after 30 days." My 60/- was deducted. When I called customer care they told me that you have subscribed for this service. Although I never subscribed they refused to refund.
If govt sector will do such types of cheating then where ordinary man will go for justice?
