BSNL is best in technologically, but it always fail to fulfill the demands of its huge customers. Like the population of India, there are huge customers of BSNL Mobile service, because of Government enterprise, neat clean billing systems, high tech technology and responsive customer service. But everything remain short according to customers.
Causing jammed servers, busy networks, slow data speeds. And the long ques in BSNL offices in front of the lazy government officers.
