When I was made a purchase of BSNL broadband than at the initial days it was working so good but after passing few months it becomes below average the Internet speed of this broadband was started declining day by day . At the initial days it offered the plans at very reasonable rates but as the customers getting a old customer than it starts increasing the rate of the plans. Due to this it is becoming a unreliable source of interest for the people and the staff of BSNL is not curious about solving the problem of customers.
