Bsnl is worst when it provide broadband services. The net speed it claims to be around 2Mbps for every broadband connection but in reality it provides only 200kbps and that to also not constant.The network is always fluctuating and also it remain down for most of the time.
When we complain for bad network they always say that work is in progress, they are laying new lines every-time and also it remains down so we are not able to connect it for most of the time.
The data offers by bsnl is also very less around 10 GB for thousand rupees and bandwidth is very less .so I prefer not to go for bsnl broadband.
