Brand factory be it anywhere is very poor in quality as well as collection. I visited the bangalore brand factory and same was the case. Although they give huge discounts and offers most of the time but it is not worth it.
I visited the outlet and was very disappointed on wasting my time. There was the offer going on for purchase 5 apparels at 999 and I was very excited but to be disappointed because the collection was not at all good. Even if I found 2 or 3 good ones 5 was beyond imagination. I therefore had to leave all of them because otherwise it was not worth the price.
Leaving the offer also I visited the other part of the store where there was 50% discounts but then the store did not have much to give. One top was there , a branded one but the quality seemed so poor that it looked like a fake one. The material was so thin that it looked like in one wash the material would tear away and this was the case for a branded one . What can one expect from a non branded one.
Coming to the service, there was a part where backpacks were kept and it said 70% or something discount and not only 1 piece but 2 to 3 same products were available in the same rack. When we went for the billing they said it was only on 40% off and that the products were misplaced. Had it been one product I would have agreed but all the same products were misplaced this was a little awkward. However we went to complain to customer care desk and they were really not interested to listen to us. They just gave us a notebook and told us to write our complain but nothing was done above that. We did not receive any calls or messages regarding that.
Brand factory is not at all a good place of you want quality clothes because neither is the quality good, nor the collection and the service is pathetic. In kolkata we get t24 recharges on purchase but here I was not given anything. Also the payback points are not given and we are just told to complain here and there as if we do not have better work. So brand factory for me is a big no in all aspects.
