Boss_IPTV is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Their customer service is worst. Each time when you call their technical team for issues. They will say we will route to concern department and they will call back but you will not receive a call back.


Their customer support is only aware of Hindi channels and Movies and they will don't know about other regional languages.


They will make us buy the setup box for every 1 to 1.5 years and make more money out of it. My setup box was not working after 18 months and I reached customer support for the help and no help provided. Instead they made me to purchase 2 HDMI cable and more than 12 hours of time personal time wasted by calling them back.


Now they are saying to setup box warranty is only 1 year and I need to buy a new box(which wasn't informed to me when I took the service with them) and from them only(Setup is 94$ in online but they are selling it for 150$). If we ask them to give assurance if the box is not working after 1 year whether they will replace it, they will not agreeing for that.


If you buy the device outside you can get it with extended warranty with 2/3 of price they are saying. It is cheap tactics to make money.


So please don't take any service from Boss IP TV.
