Got a device around April 2020, first of all they gave 2.4ghz box(device) .. against 5 ghz thats promised. Reception was really bad and after so many calls someone comes and try to fine tune. Within a month or so box started heatup and i spoke to the service agent and returned with my own shipping charges($20). Now they sending me refurishes old device .. that i do not want. Still i m in 1 yr warranty for device replacement. Its 1 month and i called more than 20 times .. wait is minimum 45 mins and they give excuse ... and say will call you. Never gets call .. i would say stay away ....
