Worst support. It’s been more than 3 months and my box is not working. Support takes hours and hours to get a call or answer and then it doesn’t work. I’ve tried countless hours with them and it’s such a waste of time. It’s not worth it. Please stay away. All the positive reviews here are from customers who got few months of free service in return of 5 star reviews.
