Borderless access panels is an app by which you need to participate in surveys and earn paytm cash. I am an old user of the app and earlier it was a good one. But as time passed the performance and service of the app has decresed and detoriorated. You get surveys of different points and you cab redeem them for paytm cash for 3000 points equivalent to 300 paytm cash.
Also there are sweepstakes which are lucky draw type of coupons which you can purchase for 500 points and if you are lucky you can win but it is worthless because you never win anything.
Earlier we used to get lots of surveys and we used to get points for surveys completed too but now very few surveys are available and which comes they are also rejected giving lame reasons. Most of the surveys are closed as soon as we reveive them even though we take the surveys within half an hour of coming. And many surveys we are not qualified for. So they waste our 10 minutes and then do not even points stating these lame reasons. Once in a blue moon are we given the points for the surveys taken.
Moreover there is no customer service as in when we want to know about something there is no reply to the mails. Earlier panel station was good but now it is a waste of time to use the app. We waste our time also and do not get anthing in return too. It takes 3 months to collect 3000 points and then another one month to redeem the points. So its better to utilise the precious time on something better. I will not recommend wasting time on the app.
