Hello everyone, I was booked a ticket of judwa 2 for 1 OCT 2017 on 30 SEPT 2017 from bookmyshow.com. After that when I visited theater on 1 OCT 2017 for watching movie I am seeing that my show was booked for 29 September .How can even this is possible because I booked ticket on 30 september for 1 OCT 2017 so how can my booking is done in previous date. Then I asked staff at the theatre for resolve this issue but no one helped me and they are also saying that you are not only one who is facing this issue, there are some more people's are coming with the same issue and he's also saying that it is happening because of there server's are not working well. I also called customer service care of bookmyshow for the issue but it was not helpfull and even they are not understand what is my issue . Over-all bookmyshow has ruin's my sunday and even I didn't get any refund for that .
