Inspite if making patment using Ola money driver ask for cash. on refusing he started arguing. I was with small kids so paid cash. on reporting matter to Ola they are just giving "gyan" that I should use only Ola money. I had used ola money but had to pay cash due to safety concerns. ola is neither taking any action against driver not refunding my cash. They are acting like road side cheap commission agents with no accountability for their drivers and no concerns for customer safety
