Eight years ago, I suddenly developed a high fever accompanied by severe body pain and shivering. My condition was getting worse with each passing hour. He told my parents the I had developed a pus infection inside my hand, and if left untreated, it could dissolve the bone completely. He strongly advised my parents to go for surgery immediately, warning that any further delay might lead to permanent damage. The very next day, I was taken into the operation theatre. I was just a 12 year old kid at the time, scared and anxious, but the doctors and nurses made me feel safe. The operation went smoothly, and thanks to their expertise, I began to recover quickly. The hospital staff was available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. The infrastructure of the hospital was also clean, modern and well maintained. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Kamlesh Malaviya and the entire team at the Bone and Joint Research Centre, Jodhpur.
