I have booked Ind-SA Test match tickets through bookmyshow.com and was delivered via Blue Dart on 6th Nov. The Parcel was shown every corner in Bangalore saying "Wrong Pincode" even after I called them many times and requested and told them that the address was right. Everyday, they promised, "Be Assured - today it will be delivered" and if you check the status in the evening, tracking page shows "Wrong Pincode" for no reason.
It took me 3~ 4 days of continuous calling and finally after many complaints, one of the manager came down and delivered the courier 09:30 PM just the day before the match.
I should appreciate J.Kamal(82922) for delivering the tickets but the experience is not at all good with Blue Dart.
Please check the status of Way bill as how many times it was re-directed saying the same reason. They do not have mind to call the Customer and ask for address if they do not know!
This is something which is not acceptable.
