I had ordered goods worth more than rs. 1300 on the 10th of December 2014. I tried to call them on the second day but the only number they had given was not working the whole day.
In the evening the number started working. I told them that the goods had not arrived as promised.
They apologized and said delivery will come positively by 9., 30 am (the third day after ordering). It did not come till 10.30 am. So I cancelled the whole order.
I wanted to unsubscribe from membership but they have not provision to unsubscribe. This is a very unreliable e commerce website and has very poor back up team.
