I was a frequent visitor of their Big Bazaar Lower.
My experience turned bitter on two occasions after which I completely refrain from entering Big Bazaar. I purchased salwar-suit material which turned out to be rubbish, cheap and tore at the first instance. Couldn't believe the amount of color it would bleed.
The other instance was when I bought 2 nighties for my mom. Both the nighties had a patchwork cleverly hidden on its inner stitching. They use cheap, old material and revamp it a bit to sell it to customers. I was shocked and felt cheated. On complaining, the customer service executive blamed me, that I must've torn and re-stitched it. That's was it, for me to leave Big Bazaar as a customer permanently!
Last Word: Definitely Not Recommending!
