After a long while since my kid joined the classes, is unable to continue due to various reasons and my wife explained all the fair reasons for discontinuing and requested Refund.
The customer care always sends the same message as if there's no person on the other side and response coming from a Chatbot.
This was really not expected and belived to be true as a few people also advised at the time of enrollment and we trusted Bhanzu as a decent Entrepreneur and a fair Edtech.
I still have not lost this trust and expect them to respond and resolve, Refund the money.
Please contact me and process the Refund as soon as possible.
I'm a working professional as a Captain and my wife is finding it quite difficult to communicate regularly with Bhanzu's team as she has to manage 2 kids and alone at Home.
The Request was raised on 14th May 25, and today even after 3 weeks also, I'm getting almost No response or delaying ways Only!
Additionally, the customer care calls and advises that the money will be credited in 3 to 4 weeks, whereas when I deposited 56000 Rs for 150 classes, it was immediately credited in Mr Bhanju's account and classes commenced.
Such a poor tactics to delay everything to puzzle the parents, who ask for Refund (after 73 classes and fulfilling all their Refund criteria)!
I'm not going to leave it here, till the time the remaining amount is refunded as soon as possible!
