I enrolled my child in Bhanzu based on very specific promises but the program was misrepresented from the start. The teaching standard was not as promised, the peer group was mismatched, and the real class experience was nowhere close to the demo.
Bhanzus sales team was quick to take my payment, but their after-sales service has been appalling. After attending just one class, it was clear the program was a poor fit yet my refund request has been endlessly delayed. Their so-called escalation process is simply a way to postpone without accountability or timelines.
Startups like this should focus on customer satisfaction and transparency, not just aggressive acquisition. Parents think twice before enrolling your child, read the reviews and do your research before enrolling. I wish I had.
