Very Very bad customer service of all internet providers of the world.One of the worst experience I never had in my life.
When I payed money for the connection they said it will fix it in 2 days later in a week later in a ten days after afterward they said they have a problem with area manager about the router box issue late on they fixed after a 30 days of my connection payment.
Meanwhile, I used to call beam customer care for every 2 days.They used to say the stories like :
1) first time when I call them they said they have not received the payment even after 2 days of payment.
2) second time when I called them they said we have received yours payments and connection is under process.
3) third time when I called them they said staff is out of service due to festival season
4)fourth time when I called them they said they have to purchase a router box which will take a time.
5) every time when I call them, they will create some story or other.
After 30 days of connection they attached router box to my wall and said that you will be payed 50 rupees off on power charges of the BOX but Nothing Happened .Every Months I used to call them about the discount of 50 rupees but they said it will be in next month but none happened even now after 6 months and Now they said that you have not informed us from starting.
Every time when I call the beam customer care, they used to cut the call in between
Beware don't choose beam telecom internet ever as it is filled with lies and stories and hesitation. Don't take risk by choosing Beam telecom. One of Worst Service providers out of all internet providers
