I have been using Beam Fiber Telecom .I have taken 6 monthly plan. My expectation on this is very high. But its giving low performance and lot of problems which irritating me. The major problem is internet doesn't work so many times. I have faced frequent disconnection problems many times. useless customer care executives. no response from them.
When contacted Customer Care, they say, there is no feasibility in that area. They need to improve customer service. Its network and signal strength is poor.
Do not buy.
