There use to be a time when bata use to lead in the shoes brand. All our school shoes and rough and tough usage shoes use to come from Bata only. Now over the time its only leading in prices is all I can say. One can't get any economic range of footwares any more. The more of other brand items are available in Bata stores and they are not worth the prices. Very expensive and old fashioned. Other outlets of same price range have way more variety and durable items to offer.
The durability is decent though since I had purchased a pair of sneakers for walking 6 months back and its still good.
But my heartful wish is that Bata should atleast come up with trendier items to offer.
