I have purchased a mens sandal before three months which stichings were opened and the leather detached.again on 05/07/2015 I have purchased a tiptop ladies sandal which have the same pasting problem I also rush to your authorised dealer for first time he has done nothing but now he asked me to visit him on 10/08/2015 what will happen I do not know. Hence you are requested to be kind enough and advise your dealer to do the need ful.
