I have applied for personal loan with Indus-ind bank through Bank Bazar, and they collected all my documents through phone and uploaded in the portal from passport, Adhar card, bank statements, address proof everything. They said they have submitted my application to Indus-Ind bank. I had at least 10 calls for all the information, consent to submit the application to bank, etc. Later today I just logged in to the bank bazar portal to see the status of my application, the request itself was missing. I called the customer care and after 10-15 minutes, they are saying my pin code bank will not provide the Personal Loan, so they have not submitted to bank and closed the application.
Actually I'm living in hyderabad. And I don't think any bank will reject loans based on PIN code. That too morning they collected all my documents and evening they have closed without any notification, no email no status, no call. If I would have waited for few more days I would have been in big trouble. atleast my good luck now I found out and applying directly to the bank. Also now am getting calls from different agencies for personal loan, and they are saying they got reference from bank bazaar.
Bankbazar is very clearly doing fraudulent activities and collecting documents and personal details and misusing it. please be careful
