I am riyaz.i have account in hyderabad branch.i have faced many problems.There is a problem in all services.If I want apply check book ot cimes after 20days, they use anl couriers which is one of the waste one.While doing internet banking, if you forgpt any password, you have submit the copy to branch or online, you will receieve it by post.after receiving also you need to acknowledge.please dont take account in boi, you will face many problems .they use star token app, which shows real stars to you if you have done any mistakes.Their word about their internet banking is Milatary conditions.Nobody can enter into it including valuable customers.
