I have been using bob bank for almost 3 years now and surprisingly I never have to visit the branch in this three years (except for taking the atm card after 6 months because I was lazy). The mobile banking app is pretty good and UI is good. I don't know if anyone would believe but I have never faced a single issue when login in to mobile banking or have seen any errors like service not available or server down (except from the fact that registering is quite troublesome and you can't access anything except UPI without debit card). Passbook viewing system is also upto the mark but there is not any auto refresh if you update or change date. UPI up time is great and have never seen UPI not working.
This account is good for spending and transferring money. Interest payout is not good so not recommended for savings. For reference I am using 2000 minimum balance account although I won't recommend a minimum balance account to anyone.
