I have my account in this bank from 2 years but I use this account only some times and one day I go top its atm for withdraw money from my account but suddenly atm machine stop working and I got a message of successfully withdraw of money but transaction was not successful.
I decided to contact bank and they this donot worry your money will be returned with in 10 days but even after 10 days I donot get any and they check it they say go to main branch and there they say go to your branch and after 30 days finally I got my money back, but I am very disappointed with their service .
