I just purchased a backcover from this site for my handset Redmi note 3.I was very much excited since site was showing wide range of back covers.
I just ordered a black backcover as it was looking decent and good.But when I just go with procedure of payment it takes a lot of tine as again and again it was showing me the error.
Now finally when all was done, the delivery took the time of 16 days to reach the parcel to me.I just provide the payment through debit card but still the delivery men took additional 49rs as chrage from which I was shocked.I just quarrel with him but he showed me the official form in which charge was there.
Now when I opened the package the backcover was good with a return back terms of 10 days.But I just want to tell that I just use that cover for 15 days because the condition of the cover become pathetic from 11th day.
The side of the cover started to leave its stickiness which just creates a problem while holding the phone.I just then complaint to their centre but no reply which I think.
I will not purchse anything from site.
They are looting their customers by showing attractive items of cheap quality.
Not satisfied.
