Central Mall Jayanagar Bangalore — bogus central mall offer, unethical billing cashier and a long wait at customer service
Here is the email that I wrote to their customer service. I got a call and then an email which states'Ticket No.?CT31801346602?has been successfully resolved'. Don't know how and what resolution has been provided, don't expect more from them anyways.

Date - 7/7/18. Bogus Central Mall Offer, Unethical Billing Cashier and a long wait at customer service. First I got an SMS from HP-Central about discounts on Lingerie. I gave a missed call to 08046224299 a then got a discount code by SMS. Me and my wife went to the Bangalore Jayanagar 9th Block Central mall, picked my products of a total value of more than INR 1000 to be eligible for the INR 100 discount. At the ground floor Lingerie section, my wife went for the billing. The cashier at the billing counter took the discount code 275750144512 and confirmed that the INR 100 discount has been applied. However on closely checking the bill, we found that INR 100 has not been reduced from the product total value. On confronting the cashier, he causally said he didn't realize it due to the billing queue pressure, advised to go the 2nd floor customer service to talk about it. We went to 2nd floor and waited in the queue, unfortunately picked up a quarrel with another customer who was equally frustrated for waiting in the customer service queue for a long time. Finally returned 2 out of 3 products and took refund. To me, it is a completely fraud move by Central mall to increase sales. Central mall has unethical practices particularly the male billing staff. Jayanagar Central Mall ruined my day. Invoice# 2409053000000037.
I am going to share this incident with others so other customer are aware and careful. There were others customers at the customer service counter who complained about the same INR 100 discount which you advertised all over the ground floor Lingerie section and sent SMS. I wanted to include your leadership team to see this, but couldn't find one. Escalate this. Update Complaint
