BajajFinserv XPeria flexiloans are the worst financial product I have ever experienced. A mammoth insurance that is hidden comes attached by default. They will sell you saying that even if u don’t use them just keep 100 outstanding and pay 1/- every month and that’s all. I kept this account for emergencies. I took loans from them after few months of 450000. They say interest rate is fixed so they charged me 14.5% even when all banks charge 10.5%. Now the worst part- my emi bounced just once after 2 years of regular payments and they blocked my account for indefinite period. No one in customer support knows when it will be unblocked even though my cibil is 820+. And now, I have an outstanding of only 300/- so emi should be 3/-, but they are charging me emi of 1800/- for God knows what. To close this damn account, I will need to pay 20000/- extra! Total thieves and liers
