This cooler is very heavy and gets very difficult to move from one room to another. Service and support of the product was very good, faced no issue regarding it.
Cooling effect of the cooler is very slow. Takes around 2 hours to cool a average sized room. Makes a little noise too which is okay but is more audible during nights and sometimes interfere with the sleep but rarely.
Overall quality is not very good but is durable and considering all features I think it is overpriced and value for money is not there.
