THE MOST STUPID COMPANY I HAVE SEEN TILL DATE!
I bought a fridge and this was financed from them. First of all even after giving cancelled cheque these people did not activate the ECS from my till date and I had to pay the EMI online every month. The most ridiculous thing though was some other ECS( which is not related to my account) was being charged from me. After visiting their branch they told me someone else's EMI named Mr. Biswanath Das was charged from my account!
Even after all these a person who introduced himself as JAYANTA BOSE called me and abusing me that my EMI were bouncing.
I was charged bouncing charge for all these months and now they are not refunding my bouncing charges which amounts to Rs. 1350/-
The most ridiculous thing is when I met one of their managers in the office he told me " Bajaj Finserve is not responsible if any of their employees is doing something wrong "
So illiterate people like these are Managers in this company.
CHEATERS!
