Hi friends,
Am happy to write about Bajaj Finance, I took a loan of 30, 000 and the paper work regarding this is so simple and easy.
Customer service was good, the way they promote was excellent. They are not hurry and the respect and response they give was good. We had lot of queries in the beginning, but everything was cleared before we took loan.
Now am paying it back in monthly, I didn't find any problem because they send sms and alert us to keep sufficient balance every month to avoid fine. Staff attitude was so good, that helps us to contact ant any time for any queries.
Rates and charges are reasonable. Totally I am very much satisfied.
